In 2004 the year began with the formation of the Mexican Shrimp Council (CMC) as the first entity to establish a country of origin premium position for shrimp. As a founding member, Ocean Garden was able to leverage existing brand equity in the trade to reinforce the premium position of Mexican Shrimp through CMC marketing efforts including; launch of the CMC seal, the "Naked Truth" campaign, and the kick-off off party at the Boston Seafood Show in March of 2004 and the West Coast Seafood Show in October of 2004.

In 2005 we have built from the successful awareness for "Authentic Mexican Shrimp" generated by the CMC. This year we have complemented our past marketing efforts by building an advertising campaign that compliments Ocean Garden's position as a trusted industry leader while reinforcing the premium position of Ocean Garden Mexican Shrimp.

Our goal is to build awareness with our customers and end-users by telling the unique story of Ocean Garden Mexican Shrimp, "The World's finest Shrimp"
