In 1957, Ocean Garden
Products, Inc. began as a small group of boat owners from
Mexico striving to market their harvest of premium Mexican
shrimp in the United States. Over forty years later, Ocean
Garden Products, Inc. has become one of the largest seafood
importer/marketing companies in the nation. The magnitude of
OGP's international operations is vast, with imports
reaching tens of millions of pounds of seafood annually. But
the basis for Ocean Garden's status in the seafood industry
is not solely related to the company's size or inventories.
For the past 45 years, we have maintained a leadership
position in many seafood industry activities and
organizations. More importantly, we have earned a leadership
position through our commitment to providing the food
industry with quality seafood.
